You don’t have to be perfect right away….

….you just have to start.

You are not going to know how to do everything right away. It takes being consistent and showing up every day. If you have a big goal, start small and work your way towards that goal. One of my goals is to lose 30lbs, so I am focusing on 3 things: moving my body at least 5 days a week (BODi is great for this! Thousands of workouts to choose from, all I have to do is pick one and press play), drinking more water and eating right (following one of the 2 nutrition programs BODi offers and having Shakeology every day). I didn’t wait until I had everything ready, had the perfect clothes and knew exactly what I was going to eat. I just started and figured out what worked & what didn’t along the way. So just start.
