
Taking care of my body is easy (most days 😊), having a growth mindset and taking care of my mind is not so easy. Once I started taking care of myself and building those habits into my day (exercising, eating right, drinking more water), I realized something was missing. That is when I started doing more personal development.
I love learning more about how I think and do things and why. Also, ways I can do things different or sometimes better than I have been doing, like parenting, my marriage, my finances, even how I treat myself and others.

I highly encourage you to do some sort of personal development, find podcasts or books on things that interest you or that you want to grow and do better on. ALWAYS have a growth mindset.
