
In my opinion, 100% YES! Since the beginning of June, I am down about 10lbs and 5 inches overall. I did it doing workouts in my living room, sometimes with my kids (mainly my 2 year old who likes to do them with me :)), focusing on fueling my body with better nutrition (superfoods shake daily!), drinking more water and way less soda (love me some Mtn. Dew!) and doing personal development every day. Having that growth mindset has really helped me in my weight loss journey.
I love my at home workouts. I don’t have to commute. I can do them from anyway and don’t need any big gym equipment. I can do them without anybody watching me (bonus!). I have about 28 lbs. until my goal weight, but I am excited to keep progressing, losing weight and getting stronger.
