
For the past few weeks, I have been doing a nighttime routine by Brendon Burchard:
3 hours before bed, no more food, 2 hours before bed, no more work, and 1 hour before bed, no more screens.
Here is what I have found: I have been getting better sleep at night. I am actually more productive in getting ready for bed and getting ready for the next day. The next morning goes better cuz I took the time to get ready instead of scrolling my phone right up to bedtime. I have been reading more, of my own fun book and reading with my kids. I have lost weight. There have been some nights (not many) that this routine just didn’t happen, but for the most part I have stuck to this routine and have definitely seen some improvements.
Try this out for a couple weeks and let me know how it goes!
